Pop-Up Canopy Tents

A complete canopy is a scissor frame and a printed roof, and the footprint on the invoice tells you almost nothing about which one you are buying. Two canopies both described as ten by ten can differ by half their weight.

The difference is the frame: round legs versus hexagonal or octagonal, the wall thickness of the aluminium, and how many truss bars run along each side. A thin frame with two truss bars per side lets the roof sag and racks in a gust; a thicker profile with three holds the roof taut and stays square.
