Questions buyers ask before ordering

What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 — enough for a small club or a single pitch — with bulk tiers that drop steeply at the quantities a market operator or a hire company needs.
How fast will my canopy arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and printed canopies ship in about 2 weeks. Express turnaround is available when a market season or a show date is already fixed.
Why do two 10×10 canopies cost so differently?
The frame. Leg profile, the wall thickness of the aluminium extrusion and how many truss bars run along each side account for almost all of it, and none of that is in the footprint.
How much ballast do I need?
We quote a stated weight per leg rather than a guideline, and it increases as soon as you add sidewalls. On tarmac, paving or an exhibition floor ballast is the only anchor — a stake kit does nothing.
Can I replace just the roof?
Usually yes, and it is often the sensible order. Tell us which frame you own so we cut the corner pockets to match — ten-by-ten frames are not identical between makers.
Why does my old canopy smell and flake inside?
Because it was packed away damp. Canopy roofs rarely fail in use; they fail in the bag, where the coating breaks down and the fabric mildews. Dry it before it goes away, every time.
Sublimation or printed graphics?
Sublimation. A canopy roof lives in direct sun and is folded along the same lines every time it is packed, and a surface print cracks along exactly those folds.
Do you redraw artwork?
Yes, free. A canopy roof is four sloping panels and a valance, so a design centred on a flat rectangle ends up cut by the ridges. We lay artwork out on the actual panel shapes.
